碗是吃飯用的。
唐朝皇帝用金銀器吃飯。
宋以後， 皇帝用品因哲學關係 要天青色， 因此仿唐朝黃金碗的造型，
要求汝窯燒造 ，注意碗口與底足比例。

在一般瓷器收藏裡 碗的位階較低， 但是到了皇帝老爺吃飯的碗 ，故事就不一樣了。
因此為皇帝燒造瓷碗的起頭 是宋朝， 而造型就是唐朝的黃金碗 。因此御用羅漢碗 造型 源於唐。
與元明碗的差異，在口徑 底徑 高度 之比例，還有曲線。 以及外撇足。
奇怪的是御用汝窯 碗極少見 少到讓乾隆皇帝都覺得奇怪 不可思議。
清宮收藏汝窯盤洗之類最多。
碗或許因為只有皇帝吃飯用羅漢碗 其他人吃小碗一點 定窯 耀州碗就可以了。
或許龍嘴用的碗氣勢要夠，
也真如此。
比較一下下面這些碗， 宋元明清，
真還是汝窯碗 氣勢最佳。

汝窯羅漢碗之前的碗
耀州同時期有類似碗，但是較小。
汝窯碗以後 ，元明碗就多了。
但是汝窯碗還是經典，最接近唐代金碗造型。
唐朝滅亡以後， 中國歷經征戰割據，民不聊生。 五代後周因與閩國對佛教存廢意見紛歧 ，乃有創燒柴窯之舉。 希望比越窯 耀州等更佳， 並可取代金銀器。 而也因此設定最難燒成的天青色為目標。 此一企圖影響了宋代官窯的審美觀， 仿金銀器 ，輕薄而造型優美， 卻以天青為上。
初期汝窯碗，顯然技術上有難以突破之點。 三支支釘， 較高溫度， 卻容易變形。
後期， 改五支支釘 。且將碗壁拉得較直 ，力學上有其道理。 較接近倒立三角形， 而初期較接近倒立梯形。

後代明清現代仿品，如果只求色似形似， 而不了解源由， 演進 ，當然只會瞎子摸象， 忘了大局。
這是目前汝窯研究之盲點。
